All our chairs are hand made to order and we aim to get your goods dispatched within 7 -10 working days from the date of purchase as all our high seat chairs are made to order, your next contact will be from the delivery company notifying you of the delivery date. DAMAGES: Before you sign for your item in ‘good condition’ please check the packaging fully for any signs of damage – rips or tears, even if it only looks minor; sign for the goods as ‘damaged’. If the box is not damaged and after unpacking and checking your goods they are found to be damaged you must inform us within 7 days with pictures and written details of the damage. We must have written notification via email to process any claim within 7 days of receipt.
